Nu:Way is low in refined carbs and we focus on real food where possible rather than ultra-processed foods – but it’s not keto. Keto is unsustainable and IMO – an unattractive prospect.
Keto limits carbs to only 20-50g per day, but we have more than that per meal in our fruit, veggies, and salads. It’s just not enough food and fibre, and then there’s the side effects of fatigue and headaches and on and on. We’re not keto – we’re not weight watchers making zero-point desserts out of air and chemicals. We’re better than that. We’re a Nu:Way.
We include plenty of vibrant fruits, root vegetables, and natural sugars in fruits and veggies– all portioned for blood sugar stability and satiety. This isn’t a trend or gimmick. It’s a sustainable way of eating that works for life.Is this suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Nu:Way works best with animal protein as part of the plan, due to its impact on satiety and blood sugar stability. However, vegetarians who eat eggs and dairy can absolutely make it work. Strict veganism maycan do done, but we’re happy to advise on a case-by-case basis.
